STAFF PLANNER (10-16 HRS p week)

At Gain Momentum we develop and organize trainings for operational roles you’ll find every event. From a stagemanager training to a workshop about freelance insurances, we do it all!

Thanks to meaningful partnerships, we can offer our trainees real time case studies at their own favorite clubs, festivals or events.  To make sure this process goes smoothly, we are looking for a new independent and experienced staff planner for 10 - 16 hours per week.

    • Interested in music and events.

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Being strict and fair.

    • Comfortable with computers and Excel.

    • Driving license and own car is a plus!

    • First contact person for the crew.

    • Archive incoming shifts.

    • Maintain schedule system.

    • Fill shifts with suiting crew.

    • Make and send briefings & call sheets.

    • Facilitate a proper after care.

    • 2x coordination shifts per month.

    • This freelance gig is till February - March 2025. With possibility to extend to a payroll contract.

    • This position will be fulfilled at Gain Momentum’s office. In a later stage it will be possible to work partly from home.
